KELLERD, who opens an en-gngement en-gngement in Shakespeare's plays at the Salt Lake theater Thursday under the direction of William F. Connor, has had a remarkable career. Before becoming becom-ing a star he had played no less than eighty-three leading parts, including every ev-ery kind of role in the spoken umma from the Oedipus to Sophocles of which he stands as the only inmpersonatur in the American theater to the lightest of modern comedy. In point of service though not in age he is the oldest living "Hamlet," having hav-ing impersonated that character as a child, at the King's Cross theater, London, Lon-don, January 12. 1879, being then Ies than ten yenrn of age.
