NEVADA MINE I SHIPS MERCURY Samples From Recent Strike at Simon-Fagan Property Prop-erty Assay High. MTXA, Nov. Nov. U. Work on the Consolidated Con-solidated West Extension Simon Mines company is being pushed vigorously, the crosscut from the 110-foot level being i 162 feet from the shaft. In prospecting on tho surface the other day a ledge was uncovered nt a point about 200 feet in a westerly direction from the shaft, which, when sampled and assayed, ga-VG every indication of being a genuine find of great importance, ns it indicates the presence of an ore body, the existence of which was totally unsuspected. Trenchinj; is being carried on with a view of determining the size and trend of of the ore body, which at present is apparently ap-parently about soventv feet wide. What is believed to be the largest shipment ship-ment of quicksilver ever Dent from a Nevada Ne-vada camp went out from Mina on Southern South-ern Pacific train No. "3 last night.
