HUTEPRDJECT Sanpete and Sevier Representatives Repre-sentatives to Discuss Terms Today. Representatives from Sevier and Sanpete San-pete counties will meet today with the members of the state land board to discuss dis-cuss the terms under which the Piute reservoir project will be sold by the state board. It is probable, according to Arthur Ar-thur Kuhn, secretary of the board, that the deal will be consummated at once. Controversy has arisen over the disposal dis-posal of this project, owing to the desire de-sire of the people of Juab county to obtain ob-tain some of the water. None of the three counties wished to purchase the project outright, but held that the state should maintain control and sell the water wa-ter to individuals. This the board decided de-cided would be an unwise procedure and at the recent session of the legislature obtained the right to dispose of the reservoir. reser-voir. It was decided that Sevier and Sanpete San-pete counties should be served first and If there remained any water Juab county should be allowed to buy it. In the opinion opin-ion of the members of the land board, there will not be enough water left to sell to Juab county after the requirements require-ments of Sevier and Sanpete counties are filled.
