Show BIG TASK CONFRONTS RED CROSSWORKERS Large Supply of Needle Goods to Be at Head- quarters by June. The Red Cross has 4000 children's stockings, 1000 mufflers and 500 children's chil-dren's sweaters to knit and send to national na-tional headquarters by June 1. Mrs. Clara G. Worth in gton, chairman of supplies, sup-plies, states that unless there is a greater interest taken in this needlework, the Salt Lake county chapter will be unable to send in its quota of clothing on or ! before the above date. There is no lack of material to handicap this work. The local chapter has a well-equipped and cheerful sewing room that fs unoccupied most of the time.' There is only a need of needleworkers who will devote a part of their time to this worthy work. Last night Maurice Willows, director of Red Cross home service work in the intermountam district, addresed u meeting meet-ing of those who had taken the home service training course during the last quarter.
