Show OGDEN FIRM LEASES Hi STREET STORE Drygoods Company Plans Establishment of Salt Lake House, The W. H. Wright & Sons company, dry goods dealers of Ogden, has leased the fifty-foot, store frontage at 307 Main street, now occupied by the United States employment service, and will immediately install a branch cloak and suit department in the building, it was announced yesterday yester-day at the Halloran-Judge company office. of-fice. The Ogden concern also plans to occupy the store space at 309 Main street, adjoining adjoin-ing their newly acquired property, as soon as the store is vacated by the United Cigar Stores company, which recently signed a year's lease on the store room, to be used while the eight-story office building, which is to take the place of the Clift house, is being built. Work on the Clift house begins April 1, tt is stated, and at that time the ciga- company will move to the quarters at 309 Main street, remaining there until the new building is completed. The space to be occupied by W. H. Wright & Sous company was formerly used by the Burlington railroad as a ticket office. The employment service, now occupying the room, plans to move Friday of this week. The Ogden firm has signed a five-year lease for the space with the Judge company, owners of the property, through the Halloran-Judge company as agents. |
