Gentlemen: In accordance with Section Sec-tion 1910, Chapter 17, School Law, I submit mjr annual report (being the twenty-eighth annual report) re-port) of the receipts and expenditures of the Board of Education of Salt Lake City, Utah, and the condition condi-tion of the various funds for the school year ending June 30, 1918. Both receipts and expenditures expen-ditures exceed a million dollars annually, and the comparative statement submitted sub-mitted since the organization, organiza-tion, in 1890, is an interesting interest-ing indication of the constant con-stant growth of the school system in Salt Lake City.
