Show MILITARY If TO FORT IS OPENED Choice Lots in Bonneville Subdivision Have Been Put on Market. The first unit in Bouncville-on-the-Hill has been completed. Military way to Fort Douglas, inrended to be made the most beautiful residence district in Salt Lake, is open for traffic, and locations lo-cations along its course are now; of-teied of-teied to seekers of sites for ideal homes. More than a year ago a number of Salt Lakers urgani-'.ed the Bonne die-on die-on the-Ilill company and took oviy Newhouse park, with ti.e purpose of eoaverting it into a residence locality commensurate with the beauty and importance im-portance of the city. The thought was not alone one of profit, but of civic ads-ancer.ienr, as well. It was recognized that there were many residence localities of merit in and about the city, but none that met the requirements that are being supplied in oilier cities to meet the demand de-mand of the ideal home-buiJder, who demands restrictions which will not only guarantee future first class surroundings, sur-roundings, but substantial advances in property values. This result, it was believed, could only be accomplished when the processes proc-esses of residential development w-ere in the control of an ownership devoted devot-ed to the idea that good homes, ample grounds and restrictions against structures struc-tures not satisfactory aroun the home are assured. This was the idea of the Bonneville ownership and the development so' far has been in accord with the idea. Owners of the Bonneville subdivision are Lawrence Greene, Edwin F. Col-born, Col-born, S.
