His1 name was entered and he . was given time to look up his birth certificate. UTAH RANKS WELL IN OMR FIGURES Twenty-two of Thirty-four Local Boards Near National Na-tional Average. Measured by the national average of 28.7 per cent of the first draft registration regis-tration classified in class 1, twenty-two of the thirty-four local boards in Utah come near that figure, according to a telegram reheived yesterday from General Gen-eral E. II. Crowder by Captain F. V. Fitz Gerald, draft executive officer for this state. Two of these are said by General Crowder to be abovo the national na-tional average and below 35 per cent, while twenty of them range between 21) and 28.7 per cent. The telegram from General Crowder is supplemental to the Associated Press dispatch on thfs subject printed iu The Tribune yesterday morning, and contains additional data with particular reference refer-ence to Utah local boards' percentages as follows: ' Under 15 per cent Juab, Salt Lake county No. 1, Salt Lake City io. 2, San Juan. Above 15 per cent but below 20 per cent Davis, Emery, Salt Lake county No. 2, Wasatch, Weber. Above 20 per cent but below the national na-tional average of 28.7 per cent Beaver, Boxelder, Cache, Carbon, Garfield, Iron, Kane, Millard, Morgan Ogden, Piute, Rich, Salt Lake City No. 2, Salt Lake City No. 3, Sanpete, Sevier, Summit, Tooele, Uintah, Washington.
