Show Hoggan Completes Inspection. On notice from the Ogden board of health, the state livestock inspector, Dr. R, W. Hoggan, has investigated an outbreak of hog cholera in a herd of about twenty pigs In the southwestern part of the city of Ogden. Three of the animals ani-mals were found to have the cholera, and were destroyed. The others were vaccinated against tiie disease, and the case will he watched closely by Dr. F. Parker, deputy state livestock Inspector. In-spector. Dr. Parker yesterday succeeded Dr. Claude Dee, who has entered tho urmy veterinary veteri-nary corps as a second lieutenant, and has gone to a cavalry camp in Georgia for training. |
