Show CHARGED SPEAKING AGAINST BONDS DAYTO.V. Ohio, Oct. 17. Charged with having spoken against the purchase of Liberty bonds of the fourth issue at a recent re-cent meeting of Socialists in Piqua. Mayor Frank B. Hamilton, Safety Director Herman Her-man Grunert and Councilman 1Ouls H. Neff of that citv -were brought here tonight to-night for arraignment before United States Commissioner Howell. The three men, together with John Glass, Joseph Wadner and Isaac Schuicrat, three citizens citi-zens of Piqua, entered pleas of not guilty. |
