Gray, administrator, admin-istrator, with the will annexed, of the estate of Nannie Marshall Gray, deceased, praying for the settlement of final account ac-count of said David R. Gray, as said administrator, ad-ministrator, and for the distribution of the residue of the estate to the persons entitled, and discharge of administrator, has been set for hearing on Friday, the 1st day of November, A.
