Show NO TIC E OF SALE. Kstato of Joseph M. Romney, deceased. The undersigned will sell at private sale the following described personal property and real property situated in Salt Lake county, Utah, to wit: TRACT G. The southeast quarter of tho southeast quarter of section 20, and the south half of the southwest quarter and the southwest south-west quarter of the southeast quarter of section 21, all in township 3 south of range 1 west, Salt Lake meridian, containing con-taining 160 acres less 2.86 acres in roads; together with equities in 50 shares of Utah Lake Distributing company stock (Riverton district) and in 25 acres of high water in Provo Reservoir company, Jordan extension. Welby division, and subject to a certain lease expiring March 14. 1919, to J. A. Rindlisbaeh and Leo Rindlisbach. Said tract G is to be .sold in such parcels as said executors shall judge most beneficial to said estate. Tho following described portion of said tract G hereinbefore particularly described, de-scribed, to wit: Beginning" at the southwest cornet cf section 21, township 3 south, range 1 west. Salt Lake meridian, and running thence east 25 chains, thence north 2o chains, thence west 25 chains, thence south 20 chains, to the place of beginning, begin-ning, containing 50 acres; is to be sold subject to the mortgage thoreon given to secure payment of the balance of the purchase price of said 50 shares of Utah Lake Distributing company stock (Riverton (Riv-erton district), which said 50 shares of Utah Lake Distributing company stock is appurtenant to the 50-acre tract nf land hereinabove last described and which mortgage purchaser must assume and agree to pay. The following described portion of paid tract G, hereinbefore particularly described, de-scribed, to wit: Beginning 80 rods west from the southeast south-east corner of section 20, township 3 south, range 1 west. Salt Lake meridian, and running thence north 80 rods, thence east 54 rods, thence south SO rods, thence west 54 rods to the place of beginning, containing about 27 acres, Jess an arua deeded to Utah Lake Irrigation company for canal purposes; is to be sold subject to the mortgage thereon given to secure the payment of the balance of the purchase price of said 25 acres of high water in Provo Reservoir company, Jordan extension, exten-sion, Welby division, which said 25 acres of high water is appurtenant to the s--aid 27-acre tract of land last hereinabove described and which mortgage purchaser must assume and agree to pay. TRACT D. Beginning 2 rods south from the northeast corner of lot 1, block 18, plat D, Salt Lake City survey, and running thence' south 2V2 rods, thence west 5 rods, thence north 2Vi rods, thence east 5 rods to the place of beginning. TRACT E. Beginning at the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of section 17. township 3 south, range 1 east. Salt Lake meridian, and running thence west 10 rods, thence north 80 rods, thence east 40 rods, thence south 80 rods to the place of beginning, containing 20 acres, together to-gether with 40 shares of stock in Dry Creek Reservoir and Irrigation company. Said tract E and said shares of stock m Dry Creek Reservoir and Irrigation company com-pany will be sold only together. TRACT F. The southeast quarter of the nnri h-east h-east quarter of section 20, township 3 south, range 1 east. Salt Lake meridian, containing 40 acres. On or after Saturday, September 21, 191S, at 12 o'clock noon, nnd written bids will be received at suite 131 1 Walker Bank building, Salt Lake City, Utah. Terms of sale: The abovo property will be sold either for cash or upon credit. In case of a cash sale one-tenth of the price bid for any particular parcel is to be deposited with the bid, the balance bal-ance cash on confirmation of sale by tho court. In case the sale is upon credit one-tenth of the amount bid for any parcel par-cel is to be deposited with the bid and payment of the balance of the purchase money is to be secured by mortgage upon the property purchased.
