For the purpose of outlining a plan of operation for ail departments of Salt Lake chapter, American Red Cross, to govern all activities in the future, a ; meeting of a special management committee commit-tee was held at Amelia palace yesterday afternoon, with Robert J. The. latter is chairman in charge of the salvage department, while Mr. Boxrud has be.cn actively iden titled with the management of the Red Cross : shop since its inauguration. ! Classes in elementary' hygiene and home care of sick are to be conducted at Amelia palace, each Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Miss Alice Hubbard will be In charge. Registrations for these classes are to be made at headquarters. All local departments of the Red Cross will be clased today. |
