In the matter of the estate of Alice M. Goodwin, deceased. Notice. The petition of James T. Goodwin, administrator ad-ministrator of the estate of Alice M. Goodwin, deceased, praying for an order of sale of real property of said decedent, and that all persons interested appear before be-fore the said court to show cause why an order should not be granted to sell so much as shall be necessary of the following follow-ing described real estate of said deceased, de-ceased, to wit: Commencing 57.75 feet south from the northwest corner of block 1, plat "G," Salt Lake City survey; thence south 57.75 foet; thence east 114.5 feet; thence north 57.75 teet; thence west 114.5 feet, to the place of beginning, has been set for hearing on Friday, the 27th day of September, A. D. 1918, at 2 o'clock p. m., at the county courthouse, in the courtroom of said court, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
