HOLD DEMOCRATIC PRIMARIES TONIGHT Special to The Tribune. O'inKX. Sept. "2. The first, political meeting of the year in Ogden city and Weber count y wtll be the I 'emoeratic primaries which w be held at S o'ciock i tomorrow night. In the city there will I be one general primary at the court- j I house, while in the county the meetings: j w.ll be held at the schooihouses. ' ! At the. city primary the people of the j ! five city wards will meet at the court- house, in Judge Acee's courtroom. There; th y will divide into wards and name their j delegates to the county convention, which I will meet net Saturday. The Hirst ward will be entitled to -1 delegates; Second w.ird. 11; Third ward, 12; Fourth, 21: Kif t h ".. In t he county the apportionment apportion-ment v ill be the same number as published pub-lished in the call, with the exception of North Ogden. which will have 3 delegates-. At the county convention will be elected tbe delecates to t he congressional and state conventions, which are to meet in Salt I-ko.
