Show Andms Jury Disagrees. Special to The Tribune. POCATEDLO, Dec. 16. The jury in the case of Frank Andrus. charged with forgery, was dismissed yesterday after being out twenty-four hours without being able to reach a verdict. Andrus was accused of having forged the name of C. C. Bowerman, a local lumber dealer, to a note for ?300. given to the Bannock National bank. Judge J. ! J. Guheen, before be-fore whom the case was tried, after discharging dis-charging the jury, appointed a new trial for Monday, December 17. |
