Show NOTICE OF SALE. V In district court, Third judicial district, Salt Lake county, Utah. James A. Murray, 'plaintiff, vs. Stephen Hays, Mary A. Hays, The Phelan Fund.' a corporation, Matilda T. Murray and Mary A. Murray, defendants. No. 19693. I, John C. Lynch, referee and master of sale duly appointed by the above entitled en-titled court in the above entitled cause and duly qualified, and acting under and pursuant to decree of court and order of sale made therein, will, on the 2Sth day of September, 1016, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon of said day, at the west front door of the county courthouse of Salt Lake county, Utah, in Salt Lake City, Utah, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash all the right, title, interest in-terest and equity of said James A. Murray, Mur-ray, Stephen Hays, Mary A. Hays, The Phelan Fund (a corporation), Matilda T. Murray and Mary A. Murray, and each of them, in anu to the following described property in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, state of Utah: The north feet of the east 115 feet of lot S, block 58, plat "A ," Salt Lake City survey, said premises being commonly com-monly known as "the White House corner," cor-ner," together with the three-story brick business and hotel building thereon and all rights, privileges and benerits thereto pertaining sain property being at the corner cor-ner of Second South street and Main street in said city. Terms cash. Sale subject to confirma-I confirma-I tion by the court. Cash purchase price ! to be paid to undersigned after confirmation confirma-tion of sale by tiie court and contem- poraneously with delivery of deed of said referee and master of sale of said property prop-erty to purchaser. The bidder of the accepted bid at the sale must deposit with the undersigned ;at the time bid is accepted cash or certified certi-fied check payable to undersigned.
