Corfman, who has recently taken his seat. The decision is concurred in by the other two justices. Tiie original order for a peremptory writ commanding the defendants, members mem-bers of the Ogden hoard of education, to issue to Edward L. Rich a certificate of election was given some days ago, but the opinion came down yesterday afternoon. after-noon. The board members to whom the order is directed are H. H. Henderson, Wade M. Johnson, W. H. Williams, Fred E. Williams and J. W. Levedahl. Miss Viola M. Clancy, clerk of the board, is included in the order. |
