The factory is exerting every effort to cope with the freight car shortage and make deliveries. With the coming of spring weather customers are growing even j more impatient to receive their cars. j C. J. Moore, operating manager of the Packard factory, has just returned from a visit to dealers' establishments in the largest cities of nine western and i Pacific toast states.
