Show HENRY FORD AGAIN LEADS IN NEBRASKA OMAHA. Neb.. April 22. Henry Ford of Detroit has again taken the lead from Senator A. B. Cummins of Jowa in the race for the Republican presidential nomination at the Nebraska primaries, according to complete returns from fifty of the ninety-one counties in the state. Late returns gnve Ford a lead of less than 100. President Wilson was unopposed for the Democratic nomination. nom-ination. Positive results indicated by the returns re-turns from fifty counties are: Keith Xeville has beaten C. "vY. Bryan Bry-an for the Democratic nomination for goverrior; Senator i. M. Hitchcock has been renominated for senator on (he Democratic ticket and John L. Kennedy, Ken-nedy, former congressman, has been nominated by the Republicans to oppose op-pose him; William Jennings Bryan has been beaten for delegate" at large, to the Democratic national convention; R. B. Howell has been elected Republican national committeeman. The result of the vote for Republican delegate at large to the Republican convention con-vention is in doubt. Arthur Mullen is leading Mayor James C. Dahlman of Omaha for 'Democratic notional committeeman com-mitteeman by 2000 votes. |
