Show QUICK WORK IN COURT. Record Is Made In the Case of H. C. Solumuson at Ogden. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Sept. 3. Arrested, held to the district court, tried and sentenced all in a single day is a record of the rapidity with which the case of H. C. olumuson. charged with a statutory crime, was disposed dis-posed of In this city today. With the possible pos-sible exception of the arrest . the programme pro-gramme was carried out with the approval ap-proval of the defendant. Solumuson was arrested by Detectives Robert Burk and Robert Chambers, on the complaint of H. Patfnow, who complained that the defendant had induced Mrs. Ruby Patinow to leave her home in Detroit. Mich., and come to Ogden. Mrs. Patinow is the mother of three children. It is charged that Solumuson and the woma n had been living together In this city for several weeks past. After being held by Judge W. H. Reeder for trial in the district, court, Solumuson expressed a desire to be arraigned at once. He was taken before Judge N. J. Harris this afternoon and pleaded guilty to the charge of Infidelity. When he waived statutory time for passing sentence sen-tence Judge Harris recorded an indeterminate inde-terminate tenn in the slate prison. |
