Show COURT MAKES COUNT IN BISHOP CONTEST No Decision Beached on Questions of Qualifications of Those Who Voted. Hearing on the Mariger Bishop contest in the district court yesterday resolved into an ofB al count by tl e cou t of the otes cast fo the two cand dates for Just! e of the pea e at the last election The ount was completed at 4 o c ocK In the afternoon and the case was con tinued until today for further evidence and for a gument. Bishop defeated Mart ger by thirteen otea, accord n to the returns of the election Judges but Marl ger a ers that Bishop 1 ves beyond the boundary of the dlstri t and is therefore disqualified The ourt s count sho ed some changes In the result. thou Bishop BtOl leads with 214 votes as compared to '04 for Mariger The count shows further that thirty four ballots were cast with no choice Indicated for Justice of the peace and forty two others are open to -challenge under the contention of the nialntlff that the voters lived be yond the precinct limits.
