It Is asserted that the Germans Ger-mans have been repulsed in engagements engage-ments near Roseg and that the Russians Rus-sians have occupied Severn I villages, j one of them strongly furtii'ied. ! The Russians also claim to have made , advances to the southwest of Mlawa, northern Russian Poland, in the direction di-rection of Radzonawa. While this fighUngr is going on the Clermans arc continuing their attack on the Russian Rus-sian front, in Poland. Petrorad reports re-ports that their latest attacks have been successfully repulsed. Attempts made by the Russian infantry to Kain ground along the front of the lower Nida river, southern Russian Poland, Po-land, ha ve been repulsed with heavy losses, according to an Austrian nffi-cial nffi-cial statement. The allies still occupy oc-cupy Moncel, however. Along the rest of the. western front there have been no engagements of Importance, it is reported.
