It is probable laws of far reaching consequence will be passed. There win he little time to squander if these- laws are well digested before being enacted, so the bucolic states man will probably be compelled to rest content with' the mere rntroduetidn of bills and resolutions at thw particular time for all of which we should be duly thankful while wishing that the same conditions would alwavs prevail. |
