Show ELKS WILL FORM STATE ASSOCIATION Organization Is To Be Perfected June 30 at Annual Purple Day Celebration. Complete arrangements for tbe organization or-ganization of a state association of iOlks were made yesterday at a meeting meet-ing of the state Purple day committee, with representatives from each lodge of Klks in tlie state at the meeting. Tho organization will be perfected ou Juno an, when the auunal Purplo dav celebratiou will bo held at Bingham, Lagoon or Saltair. To the state meeting meet-ing of the Klks there will be one delegate dele-gate for each ten members of the local lo-cal lodges. . At last night's meeting the committee commit-tee was to have decided ou a place for the Purple, day celebration.
