President Wilson today, five months after the on--' actment of the federal trade commis-eion commis-eion law, sent to the scnato the names y of the five men nominated to constitute that commission. Whether the nominations nomina-tions can be. confirmed by March 4 was regarded as problematical. J fhe three X) em w rats named by the president are Joseph E. If such orders eventually are issued and violations complained of are not stopped, the commission com-mission may apply to the circuit court ! of appeals of the United States for J i enforcement of its order. Judgments of the court would be subject to review f ft by the supreme t court. f Members Are Experts. j Politically the commission has three Democrats, one Progressive Republican I and one Progressive.
