Show HENKEL DISPOSES OF TWO CASES MONDAY Manuel Domingo, 20, transient Mexican, was arrested Saturday by E. J. and J. L. Householder, deputy sheriffs, on a drunkenness and disturbing the peace charge. He pleaded guilty before Judge Alfred Henkel Monday and was given a 15 day pail sentence. James Sullivan, 49, transient from Butte, Montana, was arrested ar-rested Saturday evening in Copperfield Cop-perfield by Deputy Sheriffs E.J. and J. L. Householder and charged charg-ed with petty larceny. It was alleged al-leged Sullivan had stolen two coats from the Pan Hellenic grocery gro-cery and was taking a third when caught by Chris Bapis, manager of the store. Sullivan pleaded guilty to petty pet-ty larceny before Judge Alfred Henkel Monday and was given a 90-days jail sentence. O |
