The company will provldo water for irrigation and will proceed In the Immediate Immedi-ate future to colonize the tract. Tho land will bo sold for $35 an acre, Including Includ-ing a perpetual wator right and ten years in which to complete payments. It Is reported re-ported that 10,000 acVos of the tract la already under contract to be sold through the Bruneau-IIlll company. Mr. Hill of tSie company reports tho sale of tho C. A. Dole property at 57 Eighth East street to J. C. Ostler, a prominent shcepmnn and banker of Nepal. Ne-pal. The property Includes a flue ten-room, ten-room, modern residence and a tract 11x13 rods In tho rear. Mr. Ostler will cut tho. house up Into two modern flats and will erect fourteen four-room bungalows on the property In the rear. A central heating heat-ing plant will provide heat for all of the houses.
