Congressman Cord el I Hull of Tennessee, Tennes-see, in an address, declared that tho federal lnconio tax more nearly approximates approx-imates just taxation than a'nv other method yet devised. "More than fifty counties and states nave adopted this method," he said, "and none has re-pealed re-pealed it. Today it is in operation iu every leading country in tho world except ex-cept France, and she is iu the act of adopting it.
