Mont Tonnes, Horace ATgo and John Morelock, owners of the news agency, allege as a result of the temporary Injunction In-junction Issued against them at the Instigation In-stigation of DInkelsplel they were damaged dam-aged In the amount set forth. The surety' company Is made defendant becauso It furnished the bond required by tho court when the temporary Injunction was lbBued. Later, tho Injunction was hold to be unsupported and was dissolved. |
