Fred Ttichter, whom she yesterday sued for divorco In the Third district court. Rlchter is alleged to have squandered 52000. which he obtained from her under falao pretenses. Most of it was lost in betting on tho races, according to Mrs. lUchter. She Ibo charges him with associating with women of bad character. The money, sho says, was obtained on the representation that ho Intended fit-tine fit-tine up a restaurant.
