Will Request Ruling. BOSTON. Sept. 12. The grievances or the striking Boston hotel employees arc to be taken to the attorney general of tho slate, according to officials of the Hotel Workers' union. The latter have formulated a request for a ruling bv the attorney general as to whether the "tifly-four-hour law applies to women and minors working in hotels. If the rules that It does ho apply, the stato will be asked to prosecute alleged violations. Strikebreakers are working today in the hotols affected by the strike.
