Show NO CHANGE IN DUCK LAW. Commissioner Chambers Decides Not to Open Season In Advance. Special to The Tribune. OGDIDN, Sopt. 12. Upon his return from a trip to Carbon county. State Game Warden Fred W. Chambers has announced positively that the duck season sea-son will not be opened fifteen days earlier earli-er this year, although'' ho la still of the opinion that such an arrangement would havo proven beneficial. Alter a conference confer-ence with the attorney general of the stato, Mr. Chambers has ruled that the law provides for the opening of the Bca-son Bca-son on October 1 and that It will not be possible to dovlate from this authority. During hla visit to Carbon county the gamo warden investigated the conditions of the beaver which abound along Fish crock. Ho found that for a distance of four mllca along the creek thero are beaver dams overy BOO to 000 yards, with each colony well populated.
