Special to The Tribune FJ'RFKA, April TodSy was a red letter one in the history of Tlntlc aerie I Of Eagles, flffv of their brothers from Salt Lake aerie Mo. 67, spending the da in this famous mining camp as honored guests. Upon the arrival of the visitors they were met at the depot by a band and a large delegation of citizens and escorted to the lOagies' hall, where Mayor Andrew Mitchell delivered an addrees of welcome and prcsentr-d the keys of the City President Davis of the Pintle aerie made an appropriate address and a happy response was made bv Tl. S. McCann, secretary of the Salt Lake aerie Lunch was served by the ladles and at 3 o'clock the Sail Lakfl degree team initiated thirty new members Into li:e Tlntlc aerie. Then the visitors spent several hours Inspecting several of the big mines of the district. In the evening an extended social and musical programme was given at the ball, and the Salt Lako team gave a Splendid exhibition drill. |
