Hoover, deputy head consul of tho Woodmen of tho World, will arrive in Salt Lake from Denver Tuesday morning. morn-ing. Ho is coming here In thc Interests of the lodge which ho represents, and In company with District Manager B. B. Cavanaugh will vlsIL a number of Utah Woodmen camps. He expects to leave Salt Lako City for Rexburg, Ida., about August 9. to lay thc cornerstone of a Woodmen of the World temple that will bo built there. Ho will also inspect thc camps of southern Idaho. The Itinerary arranged for tho visiting of tho camps of this state Is 'as follows: Salt Lake comp No. 63, evening of August1 Au-gust1 1; open meeting at Mldvale. oven-Ing oven-Ing of August 2, Desorct camp No. -106 of Salt Lake City, evening of August 3; Saltair camp No. S2S of Garfield, evening of August 5; Arbor camp No. S15 of Mldvale. evening of August 7. and Utah camp No. 33S of Salt Lake City, evening of August 9. I. O. O. F. Salt Lake lodge No. 2 excursion and outing at Wandamere last Wednesday was an entire success, due to the efforts of tho entertainment committee. The sports wero pulled off as per schedule, and thero were Interesting contests for all the prizes. Next Friday night Salt Lako No. 2 will resume degree work, and a class of six is to bo initiated. Degree Master Sugden asks that all members of the staff be present. Golden Rule encampment No. 'J, I. O. O. F.. installed Its officers on last Tuos-day Tuos-day night with Onulrrh .No. 1. Next Tuesday night there will be work In the past degree, and tho new paraphernalia para-phernalia will bo used for thc first time. O, O, F., has been lighter than usual lately on account of hot weather, and suspension of degree vork in July. However, there is a fair attendance and good Interest shown. A committee was there to escort tho members to thc Cnstlc ball, where a royal tlmo was shown them. It was one continuous round of pleasure and everybody was loth to leave for Salt Ijike.
