The reduction re-duction makes It possible for them to lake sheep from the .summer ranges to the winter ranges In the fall and back again in the spring by rail Instead of having to trail them across tho country from one range to the other. Tho rates as they have existed In the past have been prohibitory and the sheepmen In transporting tho animals have Buffered serious loss. With the reduction, the trailing of slieop probably will become a mutter of history.
