The Marrottas defeated the N. .C. R. nine on Utah field 10 to S. This probably was the most exciting game of the series. With the score lied In the ninth. Fair-weather Fair-weather of the Marrottar. made a home run with a man on bases. The N. C. R., In Its half, got two men to third, but could not count. Batteries Jones and Hesa; Trescder, Ray and Johnson.. The Motor club beat the Canyon Athletic Ath-letic club at Liberty park 18 to 12. This game was marred by frequent disputes.
