INSURE PASSENGERS' SAFETY. New Subway at Ogden Untoi Depot Is Material Improvement. Special to The Tribune. N OGDEN. May 11. Material for the new subway to be built at the Union depot will begin to arrive hero next week. Most of the underground passage will be built of stool. By building the subway from the depot building to the different tracks the railroad company expects ex-pects to Insure a. greater degree of safety to its passengers. Another improvement which will follow fol-low the completion of the subway will be the erection of umbrella sheds over each passenger traclc. The subway material will be stored in the south end of tho old Harriman freight depot until ready for use. Work is expected to begin be- 1 fore June 1.
