Show CONDITIONS AT TOLEDO EXCEEDINGLY SERIOUS TOLEDO. O., March 2. Two hundred houses in Fremont aro partly submerged by tlio swollen waters, aud many of the occupants have been compelled to leave their hopies. Tho tracks of Iho "Wheeling & Lake Erie railroad aro Jlooded for more than a mile, and tho Lako Shore electric road is also under water, compelling tho transfer of passengers. At Dcfianco a great gorge of ice half a mile long and fifteen feet high swept down tho Auglaize river and carried away the Francis street bridge, a two-span two-span steel struct uro 3;"jO feet long. In Toledo the ice is still holding, but it may brcaic an- hour. |
