A short time later he demanded tho remainder re-mainder of the money and tho bank refused re-fused to puv It. claiming that he had drawn another check, dated April 2-i. Jor tho sum of $107o. which would only leave $'2.W on deposit to his credit, instead of f 1077.62. which ho claimed. In the lower court Fee claimed that the second check was a rovger.v and not aut.horl7.cd by him. The court accord-Inglv accord-Inglv rendered Judgment in his favor for 51077.02. The bank appealed to tho supremo su-premo court, but that court has af filmed the judgment of tho lower court.
