NOTICE: J Notice is hereby given by the ' city council of Salt Lake' City of ihe Intention of such council to make the following described improvement, to wit; Extending and laying sewer lateral of vitrified pipe eight (S) Inches In diameter in the center of Iowa avenue, between Second SontJ; and Third South streets. In ,swer dlstrl B' No. 1, and defray-the abuU I tern" portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated at nine hundred thirty-nine and 40-100 (5939.40) dollars, or 77-100 ($0.77) dollar per front or linear foot of abutting property, there being 1220 feet abutting said improvement, by a. loeal assessment upon tho IoIk or pieces of ground within the following described district, being the district to be affected and benefited by said improvement, mi mely: The south 305 feet, of Ihe east side of the west 74.5 fce.t of lot 7; the north 305 feet of the east aide of the west 66.5 feet of lot 2; the south 305 feet of the weat side of the east 74,5 feet of lot 7. and tho north 305 feet of the west nld5 of the east 82.5 feet of lot 2. all In block 43, plat B. Salt Lako City survey. All protests and objections to the carrying carry-ing out of such intention must be pre-sunted pre-sunted In writing to tho city recorder on or before the 14th day of June. 1909. being the time sot by said council when It will hear and consider 3uch proteots and objections as may be made thereto.
