BRUTALITY CHARGES HADEBV WIVES Say Husbands Beat, Threatened to Kill and Failed to Pro- vide for Them. Although Joseph Coult owns a farm of forty acres, with fifteen shares ot water stock In tho Thompson ditch, near Sandy, and earns ?3 a day or more, Edith E.
