NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX. Notice, is hereby given that a special tax for the purpose of extending the paving pav-ing has been levied and confirmed by ordinances or-dinances of tho city council approvod Mny 11, 1909. and June 2. 1909, respectively. respect-ively. Said special tax Is levied upon the following fol-lowing described real properly in Salt Lako CItv. to wit: In lots 1. 5. 6, 7 and 8, block 93, plat, A: 1 to 5 Inclusive, block 2: 1. 2. 3, 4, 5 and 6: block 1, plat E; 3, block 1; and 8 to II. inclusive, block 2, plat K. Salt Lako City survey, abutting on both sides of First North street between be-tween Main and State streets, and on both aides of State street, between North Temple and Second North streets. In paving pav-ing districts Nos. 22 and 30 of Suit Lake. City, and Is due and payable in five equal annual Installments, beginning Juno 2, 1910. Each of said installments shall bear interest in-terest ot tho rate of six (6) per cent per annum from the date of tho approval of tho ordhmnco confirming the levy of said tax. to wit, the 2nd day of June. 1909. until the date of delinquency, and eight (S) per cont per annum from date of delinquency, de-linquency, until paid. Provided that one or moro of said insta Union la, or the whole of said tax, may be paid on or before ten days after tho approval of the ordinance confirming said tax, to wit, the 2nd day of June, 1909. Provided also, that one or moro of said Installments, or tho wholo of sold tax. may ho paid ou the day any Installment becomes due. by paying the amount thereof there-of nnd tho Interest to date of payment. All special taxea are payable at my office, of-fice, room 102, city nnd county building, Salt Lake City. Dated at Knit Lake City, Utah, this 2nd day of June, 1909.
