Pending the final adjudication ad-judication of the differences existing between be-tween the Ogdcn Rapid Transit company and Mr. and Mrs. John S. Lewis, over a right of way over the la Iter's property , In Ogdcn canyon. District Judge Howell this morning Issued an order granting the company the right to take possession of the property for the extension of its line, after a bond of $2500 had been furnished fur-nished by the company to protect the owners from all loss. This action was taken by the court on motion of the attorneys representing tho street railway company, after It had been shown that further delay would interfere with tho plans of the company to complete com-plete the extension as far as the Hermitage Her-mitage hotel by July 1.
