Kn"t First South street, was picked up on the corner of Seeond !;outh and Stat a street Sunday afternoon by Patrolman StuluH nnd taken to the police station emergency hospital, suffering from an injured arm. His father arrived, and after sending for Dr. Paul, who attended at-tended the boy, took him to the Holy Cross hoppltnl. Young Gayler was suffering suf-fering from a broken arm. At the hospital Giiyler said: "With a. crowd of other boys I yas 'joshing' a strange man on Stat'-, street. While tho man was tying his shoestring one of the boys pushed him over. lie arose, nnd grabbing me. shook me ami twisted my arm. He then ran after the other hoys and I fell to the pavement." |
