The matter came up In tho form of a rcconiir.endntion from iho engineering and sowerngo committee that a now newer district be created, covering all tho streets from tlio east properly line of West Temple street to the west property prop-erty line of West Tomple street, and from iho north property line of Ninth .South , to the south property line of Tenth South. Tills wlll entail tho laying of something some-thing Hke eight miles of sewer laterals. The establishing of the Improvemont will materially lienellt the health of that part of the city. The proposed Improvement is In the Second ward and iho cost probably will come out of that ward's portion of the sower and bond fund.
