OCR Text	Show WILLIAM PROSSER 18 DISCHARGED BY COURT Ii Is possible that William Prosser will not be further prosecuted on the charge of criminally assaulting Eleanor Berg here August 17 last. In Judge Lewis's division of the Third district court. Friday. Fri-day. Prosser was arraigned, and. after entering a plea, of not guilty, was discharged dis-charged from custody. The following entered pleas of not guilty, but their cases were not set for trial-. Nephl Jacobsen, forgery. two counts: Harry Parker, whose right name Is Alexander AVanless, forgery, two counts; E Joseph, assault with dcudlv weapon; William Youngberg, alias John iounybcig, grand larceny.
