Carlson, who wero ar rested last week in Green "River by Shoriff Wilson, after a chase which led from this citv to Pocatello, to Granger and thence to Green River, wero arraigned ar-raigned on the charpo of forgery in tho police court this morning, and, after pleading not guilt', were held to tho district court under $500 bonds. , Threo checks aggregating $14 were ' passed at Driver's drag store and ! f'avo's .drug store two (lays before Christmas, . bearing tho forged signature signa-ture of Sheriff Wilson. The woman to wliom tho mbucv was paid represented herself as the cook at. the comity nail and said her name was Sclnm Bloom--quist. Later it was learned that Dye and the Carlson woman had been seen i "leaving tbo city together, and suspicion was directed their way,.
