Tho chief points in getting that "encampment "en-campment are tho money which must be obtained lo meet tho necessary expenses, ex-penses, and t lie showing that this city is able comfortably to take care of the crowds that ma' be expected to attend at-tend the encampment. On neither point docs there appear nny insuporablo difficulty, dif-ficulty, in the opinion of the G. A. It. committee aud of the Governors of tho Club. As to the latter proposition, the city can undoubtedly feed and lodge the veterans and their frierids, as lhany as may come. Salt Lake is accustomed to taking care of great crowds; and with good will and earnest effort all along the line, there will be no difficulty on this ' score. The money difficulty can be solved, also, with duo effort and earn est purpose, starting in time and pushing push-ing the canvass so that the desired guarantee can be inado at the encampment encamp-ment of this year.
