Postmaster James : Clove has petitioned the postal depart-ment depart-ment al Washington to havo rural mail route No. 1 reinstated, as the roads along I hat route are sufficiently improved im-proved to warrant the undertaking of mail delivery with safety. The frco delivery of mail on that route was ordered stopped sixty days , ago. and this has been a greal inconvenience incon-venience to people residing in Lake View and Vineyard. It is given out that in order to pro-vent pro-vent a suspension of service and perhaps per-haps an entire discontinuance, it will be necessarv to keep tho roads in good condition, which will involve great ex- i pease. Whether Lake View and vineyard vine-yard arc givon rural frco delivery or not depends upon Utah county. W.
